Feels like just last week I was getting drunk 24/7, waking up hungover and drinking beer for breakfast. If you know me your reaction would be, "Why is this not different from your normal weekend?" I am referring to the best damn week ever, Cancun Spring Break 2008. What better way to enjoy your spring break than with friends who never bring a dull moment.
Recipe for BEST SPRING BREAK:
- 2 Dominicans (1 light; 1 dark and bald)
- 2 Ecuadorians (1 short and stocky; 1 tall)
- 1 NY Boricua with mediocre spanish
- 1 Belligerent taller than average Brooklyn Mexican
- 1 Ethnically mixed shnozola who looks Latino
- All you can drink for 7 days
Cancun moments:
- Ecuadorian & Boricua get STOMPED OUT! (stomped us out; where is that list Steve?)
- Fake Fat Joe look a like who kept taking off t-shirt and almost squashed a skinny little white girl
- Someone had a happy ending in a port-a-potty.
- Zeek wanted to get on stage so badly that he stripped down to his underwear and still didn't get picked. (HAHAHA!)
- BOOZE CRUISE!
- Random guy who touched my face almost didn't live to see the next day.(Glad Ricky was sober enough to stop things & Zeek ready for the surprise attack.)
- CABALLO! CABALLO! (best bartender)
- We went to a club,had X number of shots and got drunk in 30 minutes. No joke, we really did. (Boricua was scared and went on timeout in the corner.)
- Flip-cup with Australians
- Superman drink!!! (I can still taste the goodness)
- Late night 4 a.m. burgers with hot peppers always hit the spot.
- Pilot on the way to Cancun invited folks to the bar once we arrived in Cancun.
- NY vs. Boston shouting match on the bus.
- Karaoke on the bus every night.
- Ecua is still paying off spring break.
- Its a year later and we still haven't used those JetBlue vouchers. (WHY?????)
